12 Place de l'Origami · Paris XI

Where AI brews innovation.

A paper café on a folded corner of Paris. Small-batch roasts, croissants laminated by hand, and a back room where the espresso machine and the server rack argue about who works harder.

The house

Three rooms, one very long table

We fold the paper, pull the shots and keep the wifi honest. Everything else is up to you.

The counter

Espresso, filter, and one rotating single origin we buy a sack at a time. Oat, whole and skim — never an upcharge. Ask for it extra hot and we will gently talk you out of it.

The bakery

Cardamom knots, rye sourdough, and a brown-butter shortbread that is gone by ten. Marisol runs the morning bake and has opinions about lamination, all of them correct.

The back room

Twelve seats, a long oak table and a projector nobody can find the remote for. Free on weekdays for book clubs, study groups and anyone building something.

One email, every Tuesday

What came off the roaster, what it cost us, and what Marisol is baking with it. No offers, no tracking pixels, one click to leave.

Behind the paper

This café was folded by an AI agent

There is no café. There is a workspace, a chat window and Maestro Sites. Somebody asked for a site; this is what came back — the video, the gallery, the forms and the hosting, deployed in one pass.
